Suzanne Kling

Suzanne Kling serves as the vice president of people operations at 3Degrees, spearheading our talent acquisition and human resources teams. In her role, Suzanne is dedicated to cultivating a workplace where the best talent thrives, armed with the tools, support, and opportunities essential for their success.

Suzanne brings over two decades of expertise in assisting organizations of various sizes in creating environments that foster both employee well-being and business prosperity, and believes that a company’s culture is at the heart of its success.

In 2017, Suzanne brought these skills to 3Degrees, attracted to both our mission and our culture. Beyond the conventional aspects of talent acquisition and human resources, Suzanne actively collaborates with employee-led committees, provides guidance on professional leadership, and contributes to executive discussions on key initiatives, including diversity and inclusion, and strategic growth.

Outside of work, Suzanne is married and has a growing family, and finds joy in spending quality time with her loved ones, dipping her toes in the sand at the beach whenever possible, and life as a San Francisco local.
