Climate action must acknowledge, explore, and advance equity and inclusion in marginalized communities. 3Degrees seeks to identify and eradicate the barriers and behaviors that prevent organizations, including our own, from representing and advancing these communities throughout all levels of an organization. Business Resource Groups
3Degrees’ Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are similar to employee resource groups but are designed to actively influence the direction of the business as a whole. BRGs provide employees with opportunities to expand their experience in diverse areas and collaborate to impact business decisions.

Improves 3Degrees’ resource footprint and company-wide sustainability practices.
Educates 3Degrees employees and advises leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion in society and in our practices as a company.

In our communities
Volunteering
Employees are encouraged to use paid volunteer hours to contribute their time and talents to organizations in their local communities.

Charitable giving
In addition, our 3DGives program provides donations and gift-matching to eligible nonprofit organizations nominated by our employees based on their impact on the community and alignment with 3Degrees’ mission. 3Degrees has supported a wide variety of projects, including:
- Conserving wetlands and waterways
- Protecting wildlife and biodiversity
- Improving access to low-carbon commuting
- Funding sustainability education in K-12 schools
