Rachel Fagan

Rachel Fagan is 3Degrees’ vice president of marketing where she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global marketing efforts. Rachel joined 3Degrees in 2018 as the senior director of integrated marketing, and was named to her current role in 2021.

As head of marketing, Rachel leads the team that oversees the global stewardship of 3Degrees’ brand, playing a crucial role in raising awareness of our environmental commodity and climate solutions through go-to-market campaigns that deliver on lead generation and other key business goals. The team also supports the development and launch of new products, and expansion into new geographies. 

After spending the first half of her marketing career in the world of consumer goods, supporting leading brands such as Walmart and Microsoft, Rachel went in search of a more meaningful way to drive positive change in the world. This journey brought her to Green Mountain Energy Company, where she spent seven years leading marketing for both the residential and commercial segments of the business. Rachel then continued to build on her career in renewable energy and led North American residential marketing for SunPower, a global solar panel manufacturer.

Rachel resides in Austin, TX, with her family and The Best Girl Ever, Onyx the dog. When she’s not inside a volleyball gym (cheering not playing), Rachel loves to share good meals with friends, practice yoga, and take her pup for hikes on one of Austin’s many trails.
