Scott Eidson

Scott Eidson is vice president of environmental markets growth, where he leads the expansion and diversification of the environmental commodity portfolios, as well as entry into new markets and the development of new products. He also oversees an amazing team that’s responsible for the origination and portfolio strategies of 3Degrees’ global EAC portfolios outside of North America. 

Scott believes in developing successful business models that address the most pressing social and environmental issues, and has a diverse background that reflects this. He served 3 years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, developed an affordable healthcare product for hourly wage earners, and consulted on micro-financing in Africa and Latin America. Prior to his work in global development, he was at Bernstein Global Wealth Management where he honed his financial expertise working in research and portfolio management.

When Scott isn’t living in foreign countries or overseeing environmental markets growth strategy, he enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, surfing (basically, any outdoor activity), and spending as much time as possible with his wife and two daughters.
